Marketing electric wheelchairs
we have decided to focus mainly on marketing electric wheelchairs.
manny got back in touch with Ron Brown a few months ago, and we hired him as a Sales Rep. on a commission basis.
Ron set up a wheelchair in service demonstration at an assisted living facility in North Phila. I made up a flier and he posted it, inviting residents for free coffee and donots.
He did very well, and got maybe 10-15 leads for wheelchairs. It turned out that most were HMO, but out of the bunch so far (as of Jan. 2007) we got 3 customers, only one of the 3 turned out to be nasty and she renigged on the wheelchair when it was ready to be delivered (that happens but you always hope it never does). so that makes it 2.
